We will loan only to land developers with a proven track record and specific expertise in developing buildable lots targeting upscale communities in these regions. These will be available in bulk to national, regional, and custom builders, or for sale individually to members of the public.

Traditional carried interest is replaced by a one-time success fee for the general partner, which is not paid until we meet our goals, and only AFTER each loan is repaid in full (principal and interest).
